A qualified Chartered Accountant, Hall earned his designation with Ernst & Young LLP, where he gained invaluable expertise in financial management and compliance.
Mona Dell
Mona Dell joined BAN Capital in February 2011. Before this, she studied History and Archaeology at University College Cork and worked as an administrator at both Trinity College Dublin and the European Commission in Brussels. Mona began her career at BAN Capital as a HR Assistant in 2012 and steadily advanced to become the Head of Human Resources. She is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, contributing to the company’s strategic HR initiatives.
Firman Conner
Firman Conner joined BAN Capital in October 2014 and oversees the legal and compliance functions within the company. Before joining BAN Capital, he spent seven years at the Financial Services Authority supervising wholesale and derivatives firms. Most recently, he was an enforcement manager bringing disciplinary cases against investment firms. Before that, he was a manager at Metropolitan Securities and Life. Firman Conner is an attorney and solicitor admitted to practice law in California (1996) and England and Wales (2002).
